IMAX introduces personalized, live digital showroom experience


Home accessory supplier IMAX Worldwide Home launched IMAX Connect, a way for customers to preview product digitally.

Using video conferencing, customers experience a personalized, in-depth product review as a sales representative takes them on a guided live excursion of the Tulsa, Okla.-based company’s showroom at Dallas Market Center.

IMAX Connect offers a face-to-face connection without the risk and cost of traveling, offering customers the opportunity to discover new products and feel more confident about their selections at any time.

“While we cannot replace the in-person showroom experience,” said Arda Bulak, VP of marketing. “IMAX Connect offers our customer an amazing alternative that is safe, cost-effective, and convenient. We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure our customer is delighted- and the reception has been fantastic.”

Customers can make an appointment with their sales representative, with time slots available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. CST and on weekends by appointment.
