I started exploring many buildings and found garages, buildings and construction materials left around the building. I didn’t see much damage and only scratches. I am surprised that even after so many years no one was taking care of the place, all the building materials were still there.

As for the buildings, these will not be luxury homes as the project suggests. The quality of the builder or just a step above the construction quality of the building materials used in the buildings I explored.

Some buildings look like the construction workers didn’t try to keep things in order. Things just seem off.

Over the years, I’ve talked to friends, other designers, and seen pictures of the building because it hasn’t been neglected. It is in poor condition and needs to be torn down or the problem solved and the project completed with new investors. I hope the new owners fix this problem.
