This place has very unprofessional staff who don’t care about you or your family’s safety. Garbage is everywhere. They ignore noise complaints. Good luck answering the phone if you need anything. Find a special place for you and your family. Don’t waste your money here.
I love this apartment. It is a big and hard wood. The apartment is very reliable. Both of my neighbors are dog owners and I never hear anything from either side. The electric bill for the first 3 weeks was about $30 and it exploded at 70 degrees so it uses a lot of power. Service is fast. If you have a problem and need it resolved quickly, call him. A closet is a walk in closet. I got the A1U flat and love it so far. I love granite kitchens. I highly recommend this place.
I was hesitant to move here because of the mixed reviews. You’re either going to get really good reviews or you’re going to get really terrible reviews – there’s no in between. I called the office for a first impression to determine if this would be my future home. Keep in mind that I’ve been to many places and suffered enough hell to decide on other meanings. The staff who answered immediately were rude. I told him I had a question about his available units. He said of course give me a minute and hung up on me after 5 minutes! I can’t imagine what real residents would do to these people when they give up on future housing situations.
I don’t even know where to start, I have lived in this apartment complex for over 6 years and have been through different management companies, but the one running the apartment complex now is the worst. There are always excuses about maintenance orders not being fixed in a reasonable amount of time, we’ve had someone break into our car because the gate hasn’t worked for over a year. The property was littered with dog waste and the grass covered in mud. The staff is always new and never knows what’s going on, the resident portal only works to pay rent, but you don’t work for emails or updates on your maintenance request. We have to pay pest control every month and I have been asked to come to my apartment three times and never stayed. The only convenience is the garage, which I use to store all my furniture. If the management company is not performing well, consider moving. It’s a shame because prices are going up and management is getting cheaper.

Don’t move here! They are trying to charge me 2 months rent to vacate our apartment early so they can rent it early! People moved into our old apartment and are now sending us over $2,000 to break the lease! Can’t even get hold of someone on the phone! 10 out of 10 would not recommend!!!
Both the main and pedestrian gates have been broken for more than a few weeks and no one is busy fixing them. It seems that the administration does not care about the safety of this place. Two out of three runners at the gym have been broke for more than a few months. The pool was closed for most of May, and the car wash is currently closed. On a sunny afternoon on June 11, when the pool was full of people, the administration ordered to remove all the furniture from the pool area and put everyone on the heated floor, while they gave a vague explanation as to why this happened. took All in all, a disaster.
If you are serious about renting this complex, read this review. I am very saddened by how far this apartment complex has gone down in the 2 years I have lived here. When I first came to this complex, it was a gem in the Stone Oak area. The complex was clean, the grounds were neat, the staff was very friendly, the best pet policy in the area and the residents talked to each other like neighbors. Then the situation began to change with the previous leadership. It became increasingly difficult to get service requests, the grounds were overrun with dogs and weeds, and the washers and dryers were constantly breaking down. It lasted a good 4 months until the complex was finally purchased and renamed the Overlook at Stone Oak. At first it looked like the new owners would seize the declining situation and quickly turn it around. Instead, they continued to do what many critical owners have done and will always do, maintain the status quo. They are doing the bare minimum to keep existing residents renewing their leases and getting new residents to sign up. Can they facilitate the renovation of my apartment that I have been struggling with for a year? No, but they could spend money on remodeling the clubhouse. The contractors they work to maintain the grounds are terrible. They get the bare minimum to get the job done. The ground is covered with weeds and
