Everything about his community is first class and I’ve lived in others. The community has lots of green space and feels like a neighborhood. My teenagers love it. The units have recently been updated “everything”. Amenities I saw included a great saltwater pool, outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen, tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball, dog park, gym, sauna, and tanning beds. The maintenance team members are competent, friendly and incredibly responsive. 4 job requests were removed within 2 days of creation on the Community app. The best thing about this community is the leadership team. They are intelligent, have excellent people skills, uncommon common sense, and truly care about their neighbors and their life experience. The company empowers them to make decisions so it’s not like, “I have to knock this out.” If you are looking for an affordable “house”, look here.

They have processed the application that they are available, after a rigorous check on my account they are now saying that they are not available for a month. They don’t respond properly if it’s available, the website doesn’t show the right information, they’re less concerned about your credit report, and they don’t know if it’s a soft check or a hard check.

I had a sprinkler go off under my bedroom floor at 5pm on 02/21/18. Maintenance literally brought 4 men into my apartment and said, “We didn’t do anything.” We will be here for 4 hours. See you tomorrow.” I had to get all my things out of the flooded room. On top of this, my window is now open to ‘ventilate the room’ which is a safety issue for a woman living alone on the first floor. Apartment complex doesn’t matter. Anyone renting a one bedroom apartment Not paying, so they can’t use half the space. They told me I’d live like this at least until the end of the week. It would be 7 days on the couch continuously with more and more availability. Apartment complex rent reduction, utilities paid… ZERO. RUN HERE!! Don’t sign a lease. You’ll regret it. They don’t care about their tenants; they’ll care and take your money.

I have lived here for almost a year and a half. Everything is fine for me. The neighbors are very friendly. Every day when I meet them, they say hello. And the management is also very efficient. There is something wrong with my toilet. After call maintenance, it takes only one hour for the person to come and 10 minutes to resolve it. The man is also very kind and polite. I will stay here for at least one more year.

Corbin is now my home since 2019 after moving here from Iowa. I have found the entire staff employed by Michaelson Realty to be “top notch” in terms of customer service. The office staff are always happy to help with anything, the maintenance staff is great, the facilities are the best around, the grounds always look great, and the variety of styles is beautiful. The apartment is amazing. Almost everything we have at home! We didn’t have to buy anything for the house, which was great because we couldn’t return it. The washer and dryer were great! Everything was organized in the apartment! The place is beautiful and well equipped!

The overall hiring process was a little unusual because they were hiring people in the office, so we didn’t have much interaction, but I see familiar faces in the office now, so I didn’t have any other objections. . So far I have had a good experience with the living space in these 6 months, the apartment is nice and big, everything works perfectly and I can’t hear the neighbors. The mail room is very comfortable, they usually work and maintain.

I have been living here for 4 years. My dryer was repaired 7-8 times before being replaced. A period of time passed without anyone using it. A lot of maintenance requests don’t get done the first time, so I have to reschedule the work that needs to be done again, which is a problem. The lawn outside my apartment is covered in dog poop, the neighbors throw trash outside the door 24/7 instead of taking it in after picking up the garbage bag at night. I fell on ice twice in one week (literally 3 days) and the staff and owner never got back to me after I called and complained. They reported the incident but no one did
